Kindy & Foundation Class
The Basic for ALL
Perfect for young learners, this programme builds a solid foundation in numerical calculations through engaging methods.
Your child will learn to:
- Perform addition and subtraction up to 2 digits using the abacus.
- Execute simple mental calculations.
- Familiarise themselves with multiplication of single digits.
INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED CLASS
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme
For those who have completed the Foundation Programme, this class delves deeper into arithmetic with more challenging questions and preparation for competitions.
Your child will learn to:
- Handle addition and subtraction up to 5 digits.
- Calculate multiplication and division involving larger numbers.
- Solve complex Mathematics problem-sums using mental arithmetic.
what is mental arithmetic?
A specialised programme designed to stimulate both the left and right hemispheres of the brain. By combining mental arithmetic with abacus training, we enhance logical processing (left-brain) and visualisation skills (right-brain).
